When i want to change any app icon in launcher menu, the browse button in Select Icon window doesn't open dolphin.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click on kubutnu menu
2. right click on white space
3. choose Edit Applications
4. select an app from the tree
5. click on change icon button
6. the Select Icon window is dispalyed, select Other Icons
7. click on browse

Actual Results:  
dolphin is not opened.

Expected Results:  
dolphin should be opened to let choose my icon manually.

Does the normal file chooser dialog appear instead?
