Extend split window in RTL system expands content window split to the other side LTR instead RTL.
the split move good but the content move wrong.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open konsole
2. view >> split view >> extend view

Actual Results:  
the content move to left but the view move to right

Expected Results:  
the content and the view move in one direction

Can you please confirm this is still an issue on a current version of Konsole.

This bug not repreduced in Konsole version 19.12.3
