When creating a new account for KDE Talk or Jabber, the dialogs are missing input fields and cannot be used to finish the account creation. In the link above I added some screenshots to the forum. It would be great if KTP could simply tell the user that it's missing dependencies instead of failing 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create jabber account in KCM
2. fill out all visible input fields
3. press OK

Actual Results:  
KTP complains about missing mandatory fields

Expected Results:  
It should tell the user about the missing dependency instead of showing an empty or half-empty dialog.

Dear user, unfortunately Telepathy is no longer maintained.

Please migrate to another solution, e.g. for Jabber a possibility is Kaidan, for Matrix a candidate is NeoChat.
