On double-click at the project icon in the welcome mode two windows of the project is opened.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Kexi
2. Go to "Welcome" mode
3. Make two rapid clicks (double-click) on the some project's icon

Actual Results:  
Two windows of a project is opened. 

Expected Results:  
One window.
