When going to systemsettings>startup and shutdown>autostart, there are no script files listed, even if one was made in the past. If I attempt to make a new script file with the same name as the previous one, it says that the file already exists, even though nothing is shown in the script files area.

I can confirm this bug on my Kubuntu 15.04 with plasma 5.3
