Sometimes when I click on a query tab and then type Ctrl-W instead of the expected "Do you want to close your query with foobar?" I get a dialog saying "Do you want to disconnect from irc.example.com? All associated tabs will be closed as well."

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on a query tab
2. Press Ctrl-W

Actual Results:
Confirmation dialog for disconnecting from server pops up

Expected Results:
Confirmation dialog for closing query pops up.

This happens quite rarely, but definitely several times over the last year, and I'm definitely on the query tab not the server tab (and hitting Ctrl-W again does the right thing).

I'm connected to several servers and the server it tries to disconnect from is the server associated with the query, so it doesn't just pick a random server.
