New upgrade of Kubuntu 15.04 and desktop widget says : "Could not start process Unable to create io-slave: klauncher said : Unknown protocol 'file'." and can't list any files. 

Any dialogue that would list files (like Kate) can't.

Must of been something wrong with the 15.04 upgrade as moving ~/.kde to ~/.kde old and removing all from ~/.cache resolve most of the issues.
