Using either the original Meta+Tab or Meta+Q to switch Activities or get Activities bar is not working. Nothing happens. Setting an alternative shortcut makes no change

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press keys Meta+Tab to switch Activity

Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Switching to next Activity

Kubuntu 15.04 platform with all updates
