Migration agent now also check old wallet is empty before starting

Some distributions provide old kwalletd along with the new kwalletd5.
In this case, the old kwalletd do not have any data to migrate.

Please be advised that I've tried to register in ubuntu one, but my .info address isn't accepted. So I was unable to update that bug report myself. :-)

OK, please disregard this. I was misled by the message on the registering form. It stated "please check your mail". That meat I was requested to look into my inbox instead of checking the mail I entered on the form. I'm now in the process of recovering my old account...
