This is from Fedora 22 image. I can confirm this bug on kubuntu-201504171034-amd64 with frameworks 5.10 and plasma 5.3 beta.
I can confirm this bug. Which is a pity, as I was able to get most of KDE to go to the breeze-dark theme. Icons seem to disappear, and only the panel has light theme. Created attachment 92359 [details]
