Kickoff starts with a fresh .config/kickoffrc rather than migrating settings from .kde/share/config/kickoffrc

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update from kde4 to kde5 (via Fedora 21 -> Fedora 22)
2. Log in

Actual Results:  
kickoff favorites are set to the default rather than previous settings

Expected Results:  
kickoff favorites as before upgrade

Thanks, you're right that they get lost.

In general a lot of Plasma settings can't be migrated.

This particular setting we can do; I'll put up a review, but I don't think we can/should make it a policy.
