Raise() method of Root MPRIS interface not working.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Call Raise() method of org.mpris.MediaPlayer2 interface
(using qdbusviewer or mpristester)

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
PMC window should gain focus.

We can set CanRaise property to false for now and let Raise() do nothing.
