I had the same problem reporting a gwenview bug, while plasmashell was wedged. (wedged as in: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=346379) Glad to hear drkonqi isn't completely broken, just depending on plasmashell for something. Comment 1: No, it's DrKonqi that is broken. I wasn't able to attach a dupe report for a simple Konsole crash, and some of the other dupes mentioned they were because the reports couldn't be attached. Kubuntu 15.04 amd64 with Kubuntu Backports (Plasma 5.3) installed. Here’s a “me too”, but already on Plasma 5.7.2, Frameworks 5.24.0 on Gentoo Linux. I had a Gwenview crash and wanted to report it, drkonqi found one related report and I selected it. I also tried it with manually entering a bug number – the bug report is displayed in a new window and I click on [Associate with bug report] (I use German GUI), and more nothing happens. Still isn't fixed in drkonqi 5.9.3-2 I had a plasma crash and I needed to attach to a possible duplicate of a manually found bug id (375401). I "Suggest this crash is related"->"Not really sure"->Continue->Close (no change in "Look for Possible Duplicate Reports")->Next ("No selected possible duplicates"). So then I don't even bother continuing. Should be fixed in 5.17+ |
