Already back in 2013 the "--file" option was removed from konsolekalendar, i tracked it down to the change in main.cpp linked below [1, 2]. 

* Can a file (ics) still be specified to be worked on or is it not possible any more? I use(d) it for batched operations, which fail now.
* Documentation and examples still mention the missing option (e.g. [3][4]).
