The same issue what I've got - crash after opening multimedia module running firstly /usr/bin/systemsettings5. I have no clue why but there is /usr/bin/systemsettings - just without "5" at the same time and when I run it - no crash opening multimedia. It sounds like both systemsettings and systemsettings5 work in parallel. When I set startup apps or scripts - they go to systemsettings and disappear from systemsettings5! If I open notifications - all is OK until I try to play sound which set for some certain event listed, after that - crash with debugging popup. The bug is permanent - every time it is coming up over and over again. Same issue as bug 335111, but other way around. Here, a Qt4 application tries to use phonon-vlc, which incorrectly links a Qt5 plugin. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 335111 *** *** Bug 347917 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
