The space bar / focus problem appear each time when change a shortcut with an action including a popup window. Can be reproduced several times in the fresh new build. After reset the basic shortcuts to default or change it back to default manually, everything came back to normal. 
Can be reproduce each time.

Hi Alex,

I'm sorry, but I cannot reproduce this with 3.x or 4.0, so I'm going to have to close the bug.
