Klipper will not open at mouse position if I assign Ctrl+¸ shortcut to it. The ¸ sign's HTML number is ¸, it's the so-called spacing cedilla.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set Klipper's setting Open Klipper at Mouse position to Ctrl+¸
2. Save and close
3. Try to open Klipper at mouse position with defined shortcut

Actual Results:
Klipper does not open at mouse position.

Expected Results:
Klipper should open at mouse position.

Thanks for the report, I've just tested this with klipper and I'm able to bind this key and use it to open klipper at the mouse pointer.

Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved. I've set the bug status to "needsinfo" pending your response, please change back to "reported" or "resolved" when you respond, thanks.
