unable to proceed, lost internet and zypper could not recover
reformatted and reinstalled openSUSE Tw


Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install plasma5

Actual Results:  
zypper hung installing kpackage

Expected Results:  
working system

provided a working system

Installation issues are the responsibility of your distribution not us. 
We don't have any part in that and can't fix whatever is wrong.

Could you open this on a SuSE specific tracker.
