Krita 2.9.1 (zip version - 64 bit) OR Krita 2.9 (64 bit - .exe)
Gimp 2.8.14
Windows 7 - 64 bit



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Save an image with Gimp 2.8.14 as XCF
2. Open this image with Krita (File > Open or Drag this image into Krita)
3. Krita is unable to open this image: 
Reason: Could not create the filter plugin (message error).

However, the Docker "Reference images" does work on Windows ! :-)
With this Docker all Xcf images are displayed fine.

I have tried several XCF images and none work on Windows 7 - 64 bit (File > Open)
Tested all of them with Krita 2.9 and Krita 2.9.1

On Linux (Kubuntu 14.10 - Kde) and Krita 2.9.1 these same Xcf images work fine.

Actual Results:  
XFC images are not opened on Windows (File > Open).
They work instead on Windows with the Reference images Docker.

On Linux everything works as expeceted (Kubuntu 14.10)

Expected Results:  
XFC images (File > Open) should work both on Windows and Linux (now they entirely work only on Linux)

Problem still exists with 2.9.4.2

Still exists in 2.9.6.

I know... I haven't been able to figure out what was going on. I fixed an issue where on Linux, xcf files made with the development version of gimp couldn't be loaded, but that's not the same problem. After I've finished my current task, I'm going to reboot to windows and try to do some more debugging.
