Every so often, after restarting Krita the number of presets shown in the Popup Palette returns to the default, and the "Favorite Presets" tag reappears even though it was previously deleted.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In General Preferences, change the number of Favorite Presets to be displayed to 20
2. Add another preset tag and delete the "Favorite Presets" tag
3. Keep using Krita, closing it and reopening it until these two settings have returned to their default

Oops, looks like I didn't search thoroughly enough (sorry!).  For what it's worth, the Favorite Presets tag undeleting seems like it might be related though, since it occurs at the same time.
