find_package (TelepathyLoggerQt QUIET)

thus doesn't get reported as missing making it incredibly hard to notice why the plugin doesn't get built

should not be marked quite.

this probably also applies to the apps/15.04 branch

Don't make the tp-logger-qt find_package quiet

This will make it report correctly if it's not found
