i set my locale to show date as dd/mm/yyyy but dolphin show it as mm/dd/yyyy

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.change date locale setting
2.view modified date on dolphin
3.



using dolphin version 14.11.97 

iam running plasma 5.20

Thanks for the bug report!

Sounds like a settings problem related to Plasma 5 and Dolphin Qt4 mix (same cause as in bug 340950). This will be fixed with Dolphin 15.08 which will be based on Qt5.

I am not able to reproduce this anymore with Dolphin 17.12.2, the locale is respected.

This bug was probably gone with the end of the Qt5 transition -> can be closed.

I also can't confirm in dolphin 17.12.2. Closing.
