Hi,

my idea is to have a places category last folders where the last or most wanted folders are listed. I know you can use bookmarks for the most wanted folders, but the file manager know what the user do all the day and to have a last/most wanted folders list.

last/most wanted folders are not the last browsed folder, the last folder are the last folder where the user open or save files. the idea is to help the user to know what he did last time.

Reproducible: Always

You can go to the timeline/history, select a day, set view mode -> detail view, and add "Path" to the columns, then sort by "Path". The most wanted folder is the entry in "Path" that comes up the most.

This is already implemented in various ways. Lukas gave one example. Another is via recentdocuments:/, which is covered by https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=357542
