Steps to reproduce:
1. Grab latest KCI image (see https://mail.kde.org/pipermail/plasma-devel/2015-March/039840.html )
2. Open Systemsettings
3. Power Management
4. Advanced Settings

Actual Result:
At critical level dropdown has nothing selected

Expected Result:
One of the possible choices is pre-selected.

Fix default critical action

The default is hibernate but might not be available on the given machine.
Also save the PowerDevilSettings afterwards, or else it won't pick up our change
to the setting. The action is not in the powermanagementprofilesrc but powerdevilrc.
