After using an external display, all the thumbs in the window switcher are missing. The "show desktop" item is using a image of the wallpaper that was used in the external display. I cycled through various screen configurations, ending at side by side, with laptop display as primary.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Plugin in an external display 
2. Use it for a while, with the external as primary some of the time
3. unplug the external display

Actual Results:  
Thumbs in the window switcher are missing, and the "show desktop" item shows wrong wallper.

Expected Results:  
Thumbs present, correct wallpaper in "show desktop" item

Intel chips, archlinux, Acer PC. Both a HDMI connection, adapter was used for projector, and my TV has been connected as well with no adapter.

The bad looking "show desktop" item is probably an icon.

Can you reproduce it after updates?

This issue report is quite old. Can you please confirm, that it still persists with KDE 5.23?
