If you plug in a external monitor, while your computer is suspended, it is not recognized after waking up the computer. You have to go to Display Settings and then KDESC does a rescan of connected monitor devices. It would be great, if KDESC would do a rescan after the computer was suspended.

KDESC-Version is 4.14.4 on Fedora 21

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. suspend your computer without external monitor
2. connect an external monitor
3. wakeup the system

Actual Results:
The external monitor is not recognized

Expected Results:
recognize the monitor

I merged a set of changes in KScreen for Plasma 5.3, which includes for-check for new screens after resume from suspend.

Feel free reopen if this still won't work in Plasma 5.3.
