On login, the last position & maximized state of my konsole window is not restored (konsole4 2.14.2).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run konsole, move window
2.logout
3.login

Actual Results:  
konsole window is in some default location

Expected Results:  
konsole window should be where I left it

Session management doe (yet) not exist in KDE 5
