When i try to tune plasma theme like change colour of panel or widget style, i cant select nothing in advanced mode. Just field "file" in chooser list:

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open systemsettings5-> plasma themes-> Advanced
2. Choose theme what u want to tune
3. Choose needed field
4. Nothing

Actual Results:  
nothing happens, chooser menu empty

Expected Results:  
chooser menu full, items for file, colour, other themes items

themes have been moved under plasma/desktoptheme

update the location in which themes are searched for
still using KStandardDirs, port to KStandardPaths
will need partial local reimplementation of KStandarDirs features
