The KBanking plug-in stores the passwords for some time. If an item of the queue fails e.g. due to a wrong password the others are still sent. So the wrong password is sent again (sometimes). If you have three items in the queue this immediately locks your online banking account.

I did not investigate when this happens exactly. I observed that sometimes the password gets invalidated correctly.

This was fixed in AqBanking itself:
