when i hover my mouse to an entry of the tast manager in my plasmabar (its the same für icon-only-tasks and the standard taskmanager), the little preview tooltips are very laggy,broken, flickering and are often incomplete

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open some windows and set some launchers to the taskbar
2. now hover between open windows and launchers

Actual Results:  
the tooltip-popups are incomplete, flickering and broken often

Expected Results:  
it should just work :)

radeonsi (gallium) graphicsdrivers
64bit
kwin egl (opengl 3.1) (but its the same without compositing)

Please can you retest when you have Qt 5.4.

Qt has fixes a lot of bugs between those versions, and it's not worth us investigating anything which is potentially fixed.

Hope it fixes your issue, please reopen if not.

minimized icons can't have previews in X11
