This is really a request for enhancement. I have multiple tabs in all of my Konsoles and it's quite difficult to find which tab I'm "in" at the moment. It would be nice to have some easy way of identifying the current tab. Perhaps coloration? Bold font?

It is already highlighted: it's a much lighter color than the other tabs, just like standard Qt tabs.
