"Small Icons" task switcher is misplaced (upper left corner), when a notebook's lid is closed and I use an external display exclusively. It should be in center.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect an external display
2. Switch output only to external display
3. Switch between the apps

Actual Results:  
Task switcher window is at upper left corner of the display.

Expected Results:  
Task switcher should be centered.
