When change default browser in systemsetttngs, the locations krunner still use the old browser setting.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change default browser in systemsettings
2. Type url in krunner

Actual Results:  
use old browser to open.

Expected Results:  
use new browser to open

Confirmed. This is probably not a problem with the locations runner as it is even reproducible with the webshortcuts runner.

Same for the preferred://browser entry in Kickoff and relatives.

The locations runner seems fixed, but the webshortcuts still have this issue.
