When there are two folders with same name (for example: Foo, foo) and preview enabled, the folder seems to flip their place. See video.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create two folders one with same name: One having only small letters and another capitals
2. Put and image to created folder(s)
3. Open file dialog (any app will do - I was changing the sddm background img) and navigate to folder where there two folder locate
3. Enable file/folder preview
3. Hover over folder icons

Actual Results:  
Folders seems to flip? their places. See video

Expected Results:  
Folders do work normally

Thanks for the detailed Steps to Reproduce! Using them, I cannot reproduce the issue in KDE Frameworks 5.45.
