I have a dual monitor setup and the login screen appears on the incorrect monitor.
I have an HDMI and a DVI monitor, the HDMI one is the primary (set like that in systemsettings display manager), but even so the login screen always shows on the DVI monitor.

Also, the login screen offers me only English layout, but I have both English and Spanish layout setup in my KDE.

Reproducible: Always

Hold on there! The layout part is duplicate, but the first part (the one with the multiple monitors setup) isn't! This shouldn't be marked as duplicate!

you don't have to in this case, I have a bug report on that somewhere on upstream.

But in general avoid ever putting two issues in one bug report because one of the things will get get lost
