As mentionned at the top of https://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/Applications/15.04_Release_Schedule
there's an calendar providing milestones for the KDE applications. This is great. 

The ticket is about providing the same kind of information for plasma and frameworks :

I guess ideally, there would be an ICS for each (apps/plasma/frameworks) and one global KDE ICS.

phabricator.kde.org/calendar now provides .ics for all release schedules at www.kde.org/releaseschedule.ics
