Currently the text layout resorts to flowing around the bounding box of a shape if it has a shadow. Ideally we should support flowing around the shape and its shadow, similar to how e.g. msword and LO does it.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Insert say an Ellipse.
2. Move it over some text.
3. Give it a shadow.

Actual Results:  
The text flows around the bounding rect.

Expected Results:  
The text should flow around the shape and its shadow, taking shadow angle, distance and blur into consideration.
