Kickoff doesn't flip when RTL

Using --reverse option with plasmashell doesn't reverse this widget, Looks like it's a widget bug.
I've marked the things that should be reversed to make it easier.
The categories(?) should be flipped also.
I think that making all icons align to right is better.
