After downloading debug packages (The download  was 100% and stopped using network), I had to close the download window by myself to continue the report. Then I could report successfully.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have Baloo crashed (It was what I was reporting).
2. Report the bug.

Actual Results:  
The download window didn't close, after finishing downloading.

Expected Results:  
The download window closes, after finishing downloading.

Distribution: Ubuntu Vivid Vervet alpha 2(development branch).
Qt Version: 5.3.2.
OSL Linux 3.18.0-9-generic x86_64.

Sorry, it was Kubuntu not Ubuntu.

You'll want to report this to kubuntu. That dialog is from them, not KDE.
