That's pretty much it. Disabling ad blocker on youtube allowed me to view the html5 options and play videos again. 

Reproducible: Always




I have several ad filters and use manual ad filters as well, so ymmv.

As rekonq is basically discontinued, I am closing this bug as wontfix.
