Bug 322377 contains an SVG image that has text on shape.  The placement and scaling problems in the bug are fixed but the text on the image is not retained.  We should add text-on-shape capabilities for images too and not just pathshapes.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the test file in bug 322377
2. Look at the picture
3.

Actual Results:  
No text is shown

Expected Results:  
The text should be shown on the picture
