Yes, same here. It probably just gets the system folder instead of the user home directory as base path. Thank you for the bug report. As this report hasn't seen any changes in 5 years or more, we ask if you can please confirm that the issue still persists. If this bug is no longer persisting or relevant please change the status to resolved. *** Bug 469802 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** for me it looks that error message is misleading. If I add alias manually to the returned path, the alias appears in GUI and can be used. I think the problem is that path chosen is inadequate for this functionality. It should be somewhere under `~/.local/....` and not under `/usr/local/....` where user normally have no write rights. |
