In the attached file, deleting the first character also deletes the picture. It makes no difference if the character is deleted by <delete> or <backspace>

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load the attached file
2. delete the first 'x'
3.

Actual Results:  
The picture is also deleted

Expected Results:  
Only the character should be deleted.

Make sure we don't delete anchors if we are just deleting adjecent characters
