The standard behavior for notifications is to always appear in the same place. If, for example, you have the system tray open, the notification is hidden behind the widget. The notification should instead move so that it is place above the widget. It should use the same behavior as when there are multiple notifications open, keep slightly above the widget, and move to its original position after the widget is closed.
