Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup 8 multiple virtual desktops
2. Move Firefox to desktop 2
3. Start kmail on desktop 4
4. Start konsole on desktop 8
5. Log out
6. Log in again

Actual Results:  
All windows appear on desktop 1

Expected Results:  
Windows must reappear on the last virtual desktop they were on

Still happens with plasma5-workspace-5.2.1-45.1.x86_64.

I see the version has appeared in the dropdown, I'll set it then :-)

I have the same behavior on kubuntu 15.04 amd64 with plasma 5.3
