Description mgolden 2014-12-12 04:23:37 UTC
I am running Kubuntu 14.10 plasma 5 test ISO. I have noticed that if I reboot the machine, the timing of connecting to my local wifi is slightly different from when I cold boot. In the latter case, the desktop comes up completely before it connects to the network. I have noticed that in this situation, when I log in and see the wifi network icon spinning in the taskbar, the entire desktop will freeze for a few seconds. Then the notification appears and the desktop unfreezes. I am not sure I can make this happen at will, but I have seen it quite a few times by now.

Reproducible: Sometimes
