When I use multiple profiles (I have two) the Ctrl+D does no longer signal exit (^D) but opens new tab. I had to remove the other profile and it works immediately like before.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add new profile
2. Hit Ctrl+D 

Actual Results:  
Opened new tab

Expected Results:  
closed shell (and tab)

Can't confirm this on my Konsole v2.13.2. It actually closed the whole application, as expected.

Can't reproduce this on my Konsole v2.13.2. App closes, as expected. OS: Ubuntu 14.10 with KDE 4.14.2
