When installing a new program in a terminal, it is not listed in the krunner search results when typing in part of its name. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install a program from terminal (eg `sudo apt-get install keepassx`) 2. type the start of the program name into krunner search (eg "kee") Actual Results: The program is not shown. Expected Results: The program should be listed in the search results.
