Same problem here. I get pretty much the same thing, only the error message in the browser reads: "This app is in development mode and can't accept more users. Contact the app developer and ask them to use the Dropbox API App Console to apply for production status." I can confirm that this problem is present in the Debian Jessie version. I get the error message shown in Comment 2. To Pankaj Kumar, As you is original author of Kipi DropBox tool, can you fix this problem about developer API key ?
