Sentry Crash Report:

Description Benjamin Wohlwend 2014-12-09 10:17:59 UTC
When I try to authenticate with Dropbox, I get a red error message on the Dropbox website:

"Only a limited set of users can receive access tokens while this app is in development mode"

It looks like the API keys are not in production mode.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to upload an image to dropbox via kipi-plugins (I used ksnapshot)
2. browser opens to authenticate with dropbox
3. authentication fails

Actual Results:
Error message "Only a limited set of users can receive access tokens while this app is in development mode" is displayed

Expected Results:
Authenticate with dropbox

Same problem here.

I get pretty much the same thing, only the error message in the browser reads:

"This app is in development mode and can't accept more users. Contact the app developer and ask them to use the Dropbox API App Console to apply for production status."

I can confirm that this problem is present in the Debian Jessie version. I get the error message shown in Comment 2.
