Running `konsole --new-tab` basically opens a new window, not tab. Not an expected behaviour definitely, confirmed. Confirmed using Kubuntu 16.04 (LTS). *** Bug 374400 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Note: I am no maintainer but from the bugsquad. Is this still an issue for you guys or was it resolved? Unfortunately I cannot test it because it spawns a new window and not just a new tab. System Information: konsole 17.12.3 kde-plasma-version: 5.12.6 kde-frameworks-version: 5.44.0 qt-version: 5.9.5 Still an issue, I experience it every day although I have mostly gotten used to it by now. Still an issue. Running "konsole --new-tab" with a Konsole window open in the background will open a new tab in that instance but will not raise the window or make it active. Obviously, there is no problem when the window is already active. Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20181224 KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.4 Qt Version: 5.12.0 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.53.0 Kernel Version: 4.19.11-1-default konsole 18.12.0 |
